Asbestos

I went to my client's house yesterday to explain that asbestos might have been used to resist fire in their old buildings. I wrote "old" but the apartment which they managed was built only 27 years ago. To put it concretely, asbestos were probably sprayed on steel frames of the buildings. We cannot reach the conclusion without an investigation. In this case, an examination of a sample of asbestos costs about one million yen. If the client removes asbestos from the buildings, it will cost a great deal.
They believed the Ministry of Construction of those days and didn't know asbestos were danger. Why do they have to bear the expenses to remove?
I felt really sorry for them.

Recently, Everything I meet seems to be an idea about Halloween costume. Workers removing asbestos must wear masks and protective clothing. The clothes look like a space suit. If I can borrow one from the scrap company I know, it might be a Halloween costume. The white suit will stand out against the dark of night.
But people who see me might think it's a state of emergency and run away.
And I cannot do anything except for breathing. It must be bored and too hot.

I hit on a good idea last year but this time I still have no idea.
