At a stormy night

One of my co-worker must have listened to my wish, she asked me to go to an okonomi-yaki resraurant yesterday. Amazing.
Autumn is beautiful and dangerous season. Especially we feel everything's absolutely delicious.
Actually, in this season, I can't resist the temptation to try desserts which are sweet potato, pumpkin pudding and mont- blanc.
Of course, I welcomed her offer.
She took me to an old restaurant. She often has dinner there. (http:ipon.jp/maido) She said it was always crowded. It opens until 4 a.m. Customers often use the restaurant for their second or third party after they go for a drink. Because of the middle of week, it was not crowded.
Unfortunately, the menu didn't have modern-yaki and Hirashima-yaki on it.
I wanted to compare the two but I couldn't. It was pity.
They seemed to have confidence in their skill which is how to make okonomiyaki.
So they might think that the combination of soba and okonomiyaki is to stray from the right path.
The self advertisement on the menu said that their okonomiyaki were thick and its skin was perfectly browned but its inside was soft. A cook told us that it took three months until he could fry well.
The taste was good. But it was not perfect. Why ? It seemed to be lacking in something. What ?
Cut octopuses were too small? Its soup stock was not good? Hm... I don't know the reason. Because it has not been long time since I was interested in this kind of food.
I have to continue to look for my favorite okonomi-yaki restaurant.
They looked like full moon ×2. The autumn moon doesn't rode in the sky tonight.
It's a stormy night.
