Recruitment Agency

I had never known them before I visited 2 recruitment agencies last week. To tell the truth, when I found their home page, I didn't think I would meet them. But to my surprise, an agency which I had made an entry of my personal history on internet called me on the next day. The agency offered me career counseling.
I've been to Marunoutsi building that is famous as a commercial center. But this time my destination was not boutique but 27th floor. 27th floor was different world and quiet.
Unexpectedly, a former famous baseball player didn't serve tea to me but the room for counseling was really comfortable. The career counselor listened attentively to me and looked for job offers that suit for me without a fee. It's a really serviceable system.
And another agency also offered me same kind of counseling. So I went to Kasumigaseki building. It seems to prove they are good company and they can win customer's confidence. That's why they need to be a tenant of famous building in Japan.
There are big and solid buildings near Kasumigaseki st. They're the government ministries of Japan. Guards stood at the gate of almost all buildings and there isn't any advertisement on the street. I think Kasumigaseki is only city where it's difficult to find a café to have a light lunch in Tokyo. When I saw a Starbucks in Kasumigaseki building, I felt relieved.

The agencies handed me many job offers. Even if I don't know I can get a new job from them, it must be useful for me. Because a job-change is really hard work, having a trainer or coach is much better than acting independently.

I noticed one thing at the moment I was going to take the elevator to the lobby floor.
How to quit is important. Can I quit easily? Or can I say good-bye?
I don't care about the organization that I work now. What I really worry about are business partners and clients who did rely on me.
I will postpone consideration of them.
